Prathidhwani, the welfare organization for IT employees in Kerala, has been a vibrant force for over 12 years, nurturing creativity, culture, and community among tech professionals. Among its many initiatives, Srishti stands out as the only platform dedicated to unveiling the artistic and literary talents of IT employees. Launched in 2013, Srishti has grown into an inspiring festival that celebrates the hidden creativity of techies, providing them a stage to express their imagination beyond the codes and algorithms.
Over the years, Srishti has received more than 4,000 entries, showcasing the incredible artistic depth within Kerala’s IT community. The festival has been blessed by some of the most celebrated Malayalam writers as chief guests, including V. Madhusoodhanan Nair, Kureeppuzha Sreekumar, Prof Chandramathi (2014), Subash Chandran (2015), Ezhacheri Ramachandran (2016), Benyamin (2017), Kureeppuzha Sreekumar & K.R.
